Knowing a friend like you has made me happy

Knowing a friend like you has made me happy in a million ways and if ever I have to let you go, I would find a million reasons to make you stay!

Remember me

Remember me when I am gone away,
Gone far away into the silent land;

When you can no more hold me by the hand,
Nor I half turn to go yet turning stay.
Remember me when no more day by day
You tell me of our future that you plann'd:
Only remember me; you understand
It will be late to counsel then or pray.
Yet if you should forget me for a while
And afterwards remember, do not grieve:
For if the darkness and corruption leave
A vestige of the thoughts that once I had,
Better by far you should forget and smile
Than that you should remember and be sad

Guernsey is a British Crown Dependency in the English Channel off the coast of Normandy. The population is 65,800,and a total area of 25 square miles.

Guernsey is situated 30 miles west of France's Normandy coast and 75 miles south of Weymouth, England and lies in the Gulf of St Malo. Lihou, a tidal island, is attached to Guernsey by a causeway at low tide. The terrain is mostly level with low hills in southwest.
Victor Hugo wrote some of his best-known works while in exile in Guernsey, including Les Misérables. His home in St. Peter Port, Hauteville House, is now a museum administered by the city of Paris. In 1866, he published a novel set in the island, Travailleurs de la Mer ), which he dedicated to the island of Guernsey.

love is always too much like the water

Like the water
of a deep stream,
love is always too much.
We did not make it.

Though we drink till we burst,
we cannot have it all,
or want it all.
In its abundance
it survives our thirst.

In the evening we come down to the shore
to drink our fill,
and sleep,
while it flows
through the regions of the dark.
It does not hold us,
except we keep returning to its rich waters

We enter,
willing to die,
into the commonwealth of its joy.

Iceland Warm inside love friendship
In recent years, Iceland has been one of the wealthiest and most developed nations in the world.

Many fjords punctuate its 4,970 km-long coastline, which is also where most settlements are situated. The island's interior, the Highlands of Iceland, is a cold and uninhabitable combination of sand and mountains. The major towns are the capital of Reykjavík, along with its outlying towns of Kópavogur, Hafnarfjörður and Garðabær, Reykjanesbær, where the international airport is located, and Akureyri, in northern Iceland. The island of Grímsey just south of the Arctic Circle contains the northernmost habitation of Iceland. Iceland has three national parks: Vatnajökull National Park, Snæfellsjökull National Park, and Þingvellir National Park.

The original population of Iceland was of Nordic and Gaelic origin. Iceland's official written and spoken language is Icelandic, a North Germanic language descended from Old Norse.

Cayman Islands

The Cayman Islands are located in the Caribbean Sea and are the peaks of a massive underwater ridge, known as the Cayman Trench, standing 8,000 feet from the sea floor, which barely exceeds the surface.

cayman islands

All three islands were formed by large coral heads covering submerged ice age peaks of western extensions of the Cuban Sierra Maestra range and are mostly flat.

The Cayman Islands have more registered businesses than they have people.

One of Grand Cayman's main attractions is Seven Mile Beach, on which a number of the island's hotels and resorts are located.
